  • REGISTER

    Send your return request with order number to info@maisonjuju.com, and we'll email you a return shipping label.

  • PACKAGE

    Place the items and receipt in the original packaging. Ensure all products are in their original condition. Remove the old shipping label, and attach the new shipping label provided.

  • SHIP

    Ship your package within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • REFUND

    Once your return is received, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

Return Policy

At Maison JuJu, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item, provided it is in saleable condition. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

1. REGISTER Your Return:

Start your return by registering your package through our return portal. Once registered, we will email you a return shipping label.
2. PACKAGE Your Return:

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all Maison JuJu tags attached and any related accessories included. Please include the corresponding receipt. We cannot accept incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns. Items that appear to have been used will be sent back to you at your expense.
3. SHIP Your Return:

You may return any product ordered from the maisonjuju.com website within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. We offer free returns within the USA with the return label included in your original shipment. For returns from outside the United States, shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
4. REFUND Process:

We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days after receiving your return, using the original payment method. This timeframe may be extended during the holiday season.
